Military Last Rites Planned for Soldier
A military funeral is being planned in Kent for an Auburn Army hero who was killed in Vietnam action Jan. 17 (1968). The body of Pfc. Ronald Lee Stroomer, 22, will be accompanied to Kent by an honor guard by the end of this week from Fort Ord CA, his mother, Mrs. Lorene W. Wilson of 1940 Elm St., Auburn Said.
